Israeli forces suppress, injure Palestinians: PRCS

Ramallah, Israeli occupation forces early Sunday injured a number of Palestinian youth as violent clashes erupted at the entrance of the Turmus Ayya town in northern occupied Ramallah, sources announced.

The Palestine Red Crescent Society said in a statement that Israeli occupation forces, which have set up a checkpoint at the entrance of the town, fired shots; and hurled sonic and tear gas grenades at demonstrators who were waiting for the arrival of the funeral procession of Hamdi Naasan, who was killed by Israeli forces.

The funeral procession of Naasan began from the Palestine Medical Complex in Ramallah.
