NATO resolved to sustain longstanding partnership with Jordan

A senior NATO official said: “We are proud that Jordan is a partner of the alliance,” and stressed the importance of “retaining the Kingdom as the cornerstone of security and stability in the region.” “Jordan is a partner in a unique situation in the region,” he noted on the sidelines of the NATO summit meeting at the alliance’s new headquarters held in Brussels.
