Israeli forces arrest Palestinian at Gaza northern crossing border

Israeli occupation forces, Tuesday, arrested a Palestinian at the Beit Hanoun (Erez) border crossing with the Gaza Strip, Abdul Nasser Farawneh, a researcher in the affairs of detainees in Israeli prisons, said in a statement.

Israeli occupation forces arrested a Palestinian as he was passing through the Beit Hanoun border crossing, Farawneh said, adding that he had been investigated with for hours before being transferred to an unknown authority.

Israeli authorities insist on using the border crossing, north of the coastal enclave, as a “trap” to detain and blackmail Palestinians, he added.
