Israel bans entry of fuel into Gaza Strip

Israeli occupation authorities early Thursday decided to ban the entry of fuel into the Gaza Strip immediately and until further notice.

Israeli media said that the decision came after security consultations, under the pretext of launching of incendiary balloons from the Strip towards southern Israel.

Two days earlier, Israel prevented the entry of construction materials to the Palestinian side and closed the Karam Abu Salem commercial crossing in the southern part of the coastal enclave.
