Health minister says Jerash stabbing victims in stable condition
Amman, Minister of Health Saad Jaber Wednesday said that the two injured from the stabbing incident, who were helicoptered to the medical city following the stabbing incident, are in stable condition.
Jaber told “Petra”: The condition of the tour guide, a Jordanian, was stable, as he was stabbed in the abdomen, and underwent surgery, adding that the Mexican tourist is also in a stable condition, as he was stabbed in the back. He did not undertake surgery but is being hospitalized.
Moreover, Jaber said that the rest of the victims are in a stable condition with minor injuries, except for a security officer who had to undertake a surgery after being stabbed, and a Mexican tourist who was stabbed in the abdomen, adding that they were listed in Jerash Public Hospital and are expected to be discharged on Thursday.
