The Ministry of Fisheries announced today the opening of the squid fishing season in the Red Sea region from the marine waters of the Republic of Yemen.
According to the ministry’s decision, the season for catching squid in the waters of the Red Sea began from Muharram 11, 1445 AH, corresponding to July 29, 2023 AD, until further notice.
According to the decision, it is forbidden to catch, land and market young squid.
