Condition of the six coronavirus cases stable: Hamzah Hospital director

Director of Prince Hamzah Hospital, Dr. Abdul Razzaq Khashman, said the condition of the six people infected with the novel coronavirus is “stable,” and they are being treated in the hospital in a light degree isolation area and do not need artificial respiration.

In a statement to “Petra,” on Sunday, Khashman noted the cases were admitted to the hospital at dawn on Sunday, adding the patients, four French, and two Jordanians, one came from Britain, and the other mingled with an American tourist.

Earlier today, Minister of Health, Dr. Saad Jaber, announced the six cases, after laboratory tests confirmed they had contracted the virus.
