Arab League mulls over developing e-commerce
Cairo, The 34th Session of the Arab Permanent Postal Committee (APPC) in the Arab League in Cairo, Egypt, Tuesday discussed transport in the Arab region and the evaluation of competitors.
It also touched on the recommendations of meeting of an Arab taskforce for the development of postal services and products within the framework of the development of e-commerce in the Arab region.
Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Telecom and Information Technology of the State of Palestine, Jamil Zagarneh, said that the committee discussed a number of issues related to Palestine, which presided the meeting, in implementation of the decision of the Council of Arab Ministers to include a permanent item on the committee’s agenda on issues related to Palestine.
