The Deputy Prime Minister was briefed on the mechanism of work of the Public Service Department , the level of dealing with citizens' complaints , deciding on them, in the ministry's office and its affiliated bodies and sectors.
During his chairmanship of a meeting that included the Fisheries Minister , Muhammad Al-Zubairi, the Undersecretary of the Ministry for the Planning and Projects Sector, Muhammad Abbas, and those concerned, Dr. Maqbouly listened to a clarification on the level of services provided to citizens ,the completion of projects and activities included in the Ministry's plan.
For his part, Al-Zubairi affirmed keenness for the ministry's staff to benefit from the rehabilitation and training programs that the Ministry of Civil Service sets up on the guide to simplifying procedures.
He touched on what the Ministry has accomplished in partnership with the General Authority for Investment in preparing proposals for 21 cards for 73 investment projects, for which lands have been provided and will be presented in booklets within an investment conference, in addition to preparing a guide for the assets and fixed assets of the Ministry and its affiliated bodies, as well as investment projects and infrastructure. It is being implemented in cooperation with the Investment ,Land Authority ,the Higher Agricultural and Fisheries Committee.
