The Committee for the Study and Analysis of the Business and Investment Environment, in its meeting today, chaired by the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, Minister of Finance, and Chairman of the Committee, Dr. Rashid Abu Lahoum, discussed the draft amendments to the investment law.
The meeting comes in implementation of the directives of the President of the Supreme Political Council in this regard and the inauguration of the package of incentives and privileges aimed at encouraging investment, which was launched with the inauguration of the industrial zone in Hodeida during the last period.
The meeting discussed each article of the investment law and the proposed amendments and additions to it.
The meeting affirmed everyone's keenness to create a suitable and encouraging environment for investment ,national industries and protect them, through preparing a draft amendment to the investment law that includes incentives and encouraging benefits in various sectors
