Zarqa and Jerash governors on Wednesday said 7 COVID-19 patients were arrested for breaking home quarantine rules over the past two weeks.
The two governors said the arrested have been sent to Amman field hospital to complete their isolation period.
The stiffest legal and administrative measures will be taken against home quarantine flouters, the officials affirmed.
The Ministry of the Interior has called for the need to adhere to home quarantine and shun practices that spread infection to preserve public health and safety.
