Prime Minister Jafar Hassan Orders Enhancements in Health, Social, and Youth Sectors During Mafraq Tour

Mafraq: Prime Minister Jafar Hassan conducted an inspection tour in Mafraq Governorate, focusing on several sites in Qasaba Mafraq, the Northeastern Badia, and the Northwestern Badia districts, as part of his regular field visits to assess local service needs and development priorities.

According to Jordan News Agency, Hassan commenced his tour at the Child Care Charitable Society in the Northeastern Badia District, where he was briefed on the society’s services for 128 children with disabilities and vocational training for the local community. He emphasized government support and directed improvements in staffing, medical and educational supplies, and facility upgrades.

In the Northwestern Badia District, Hassan visited the Mughair Sarhan Comprehensive Health Center, examining the quality of services and ordering the completion of maintenance works, along with the provision of medical personnel and equipment. At the Mafraq Primary Health Center, he instructed the Minister of Health to secure a new building and improve healthcare services.

During his visit to the Mafraq Vocational Training Institute, Hassan, accompanied by the Minister of Labor, supported financing programs for graduates to start businesses. At the Rehab Youth Center, alongside the Minister of Youth, he stressed the expansion of youth programs in collaboration with the Ministry of Youth and the Jordan Taekwondo Federation.

Hassan also ordered the initiation of a public park project near Al al-Bayt University, with JD500,000 allocated for its development, and directed the rehabilitation of the Mafraq Teachers Club facilities to enhance services for teachers and their families.
