Amman: The Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship announced on Wednesday that scheduled maintenance and system upgrades will be carried out on several services linked to the Sanad application, resulting in the temporary suspension of some electronic services during specified periods.
According to Jordan News Agency, the ministry stated that the Digital Identity Management System, responsible for user authentication and login for the Sanad application and the Unified Login Service, will be unavailable for one hour, from 12:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
Additionally, it was mentioned that digital payment services through the eFAWATEERcom service within the Sanad application will be suspended for two hours, from 10:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
The ministry assures that citizens will still be able to access their digital documents and certificates in the Sanad application, which will remain available throughout the maintenance period.
