Lebanese Rescue Teams Recover Bodies of Martyrs in Southern Towns

Lebanon: Lebanese rescue teams, in coordination with the Lebanese Army, successfully recovered the body of one martyr and the remains of two others in the town of Khyam. The bodies were subsequently transferred to the Marjayoun Governmental Hospital.

According to Jordan News Agency, the remains of five additional martyrs were recovered in the town of Deir Siryan and transported to the Raghib Harb Hospital. These remains will undergo necessary medical and legal procedures under the supervision of relevant authorities to ensure proper identification in accordance with established protocols.

In a statement issued on Sunday evening, the General Directorate of Civil Defense affirmed its commitment to fulfilling humanitarian and national responsibilities. Despite field challenges, the Directorate emphasized its continued cooperation with the Lebanese Army to locate all missing persons.
