German Minister of Foreign Affairs Heiko Maas Sunday urged a resumption of peace talks between the Palestinians and the Israelis and an end to the violence.
Maas took it to Twitter, saying: “What is needed now is: first; an end to the rocket attacks, second; an end to the violence and three; a return to talks… on a two-state solution.” He described the situation as “highly explosive.”
