Discussing ongoing preparations for new academic year in capital

In the meeting, which was attended by the Undersecretary of the Ministry for the Education Sector, Abdullah Al-Nami, the Director of the Education Office in the Municipality, Abdul Qadir Al-Mahdi, reviewed the efforts made in preparing for the launch of the academic year and receiving male and female students in all the schools of the Municipality.

He pointed to the measures taken to raise the level of competition between public schools by preparing a competitive program that includes the building, administration, staff and students, starting with the beginning of the month of Muharram and ending with the end of the academic year.

While Al-Nuaimi praised the positive measures he had witnessed in the field to ensure the advancement of the educational process, pointing to the importance of avoiding imbalances, preparing a sound database for the educational staff in the government sector, and correcting the conditions of private schools according to the classification form.

The meeting was attended by the Head of the Literacy Agency, Ahmed Al-Kibsi, the deputies of the Director of the Education Office in the Municipality, Abdullah Al-Wazir, Hameed Qatran, Hafez Sharaf and Ashwaq Al-Maqdhi, and the Directors of the Curriculum and Guidance Division, Abdullah Al-Makdhi, and the General Education Department, Ahmed Al-Rabahi.

The Deputy Minister of Education, Khaled Jahader, and the Undersecretary for the Education Sector, were briefed on the level of job discipline and the workflow mechanism in the office's departments.

The Deputy Minister and the Undersecretary of the Education Sector listened to an explanation from the Director of the Education Office in the Secretariat about the level of job discipline for educational cadres and the ongoing steps to welcome the new academic year and start registering male and female students in various schools.
