Makkah: The Deputy Mayor of Makkah Municipality for Projects, Eng. Hassan Al-Qarni, recently inspected several public facilities in Makkah to ensure they are fully prepared for the upcoming Hajj season. This tour is part of the municipality's ongoing efforts to ready public facilities, elevate the services in Makkah and the Holy Sites, and implement necessary measures to accommodate pilgrims. During the inspection, he assessed the progress of a lavatory complex project in the Mahbas Al-Jin area. The project encompasses two complexes for men and women, which are operational during the Hajj season and in the business areas associated with service agencies within the holy sites. Eng. Al-Qarni emphasized the importance of collaboration among all sectors and workers involved in these projects to ensure they are completed based on the specified timeline and per the approved technical standards. This collaboration is crucial to facilitating pilgrim movement between Makkah and the Holy Sites, aligning with the gove rnment's directives, and providing comfort and reassurance to pilgrims, allowing them to perform their Hajj easily and conveniently.
