The general directorate of border guards maritime safety awareness exhibition will start tomorrow to raise beachgoers’ awareness about the dangers of visiting places not designated for swimming, to avoid drowning.
The exhibition, to be held at the Jeddah Park Mall until Saturday, August 24, aims to raise awareness about regulations, penalties for swimming in dangerous and prohibited locations, and safety instructions, and show border guards’ efforts in search and rescue operations; it also informs that the emergency number is 994.
