The Board of Grievances has said that 368 government entities are now connected to its digital portal, which helps streamline digital processes, ensuring efficient and timely service delivery.
The board’s statistics show that 882 public sector employees have joined digital platforms, thus having access to various digital services to advocate for their entities and represent them in administrative legal cases.
