The parliament Speaker , Yahya Ali Al-Ra’i, sent thanks message to South African Parliament Speaker, Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula, for her country’s position in support of the Palestinians.
Al-Ra’i appreciated the sincere step taken by the South African government, which was to file a lawsuit against the Israeli enemy entity before the International Court of Justice in The Hague for violating the 1948 Genocide Convention, with regard to its commission of genocide crimes against the Palestinian people in Gaza Strip.
He stressed that the legal case against the Zionist entity before the International Court of Justice represents a courageous step that came at the right time, within the framework of legal accountability for the crimes committed by Israel in Gaza and the occupied Palestinian territories.
He renewed the support of the parliament of the Republic of Yemen for this lawsuit and the pursuit of Zionist war criminals in international courts.

government and people for taking this courageous step.
