Amman:The selling price of a gram of 21-karat gold, the most popular choice among citizens, was recorded at JD81.7 at jewelry shops on Tuesday. The purchase price for the same stood at JD77.9.
According to Jordan News Agency, the General Syndicate of Owners of Jewelry and Goldsmith Shops reported that the selling prices per gram for other gold types were JD93.8 for 24-karat gold and JD72.4 for 18-karat gold.
