FM Receives Phone Call from UAE Counterpart

Amman: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and Expatriates Affairs Ayman Safadi received a phone call on Thursday from United Arab Emirates (UAE) Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan. During the call, Safadi and Sheikh Abdullah reviewed regional developments and ongoing efforts aimed at ending escalation, restoring calm, and enhancing security and stability across the region.

According to Jordan News Agency, the two ministers also condemned the Iranian attacks on Jordan. Sheikh Abdullah reaffirmed the United Arab Emirates' solidarity with the Kingdom and its full support for all measures Jordan is taking to safeguard its security and stability.

The ministers further discussed ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation across various sectors, reflecting the deep-rooted fraternal ties between Jordan and the United Arab Emirates.
