Real Estate Sector Experiences 4% Growth Since Start of Year

Amman: The real estate transaction volume reached JD6.4 billion in the first eleven months of the year, marking a 4% increase from last year, according to a Department of Lands and Survey report.

According to Jordan News Agency, the volume saw a 24% increase in November compared to the same month last year, reaching JD636 million. The report indicates that revenues since the start of the year rose by 4% compared to the same period last year, amounting to JD247 million. Although revenues in November were up by 6% compared to the same period last year, they experienced a 9% decline from the previous month of October, totaling JD22.5 million.

During the first eleven months of the year, sales of real estate, including both apartments and land, saw a 1% rise compared to the same period last year.
