Amman: The Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply has issued a tender for the procurement of 100,000 and 120,000 tons of wheat. This initiative aims to secure a stable supply of wheat to meet national requirements.
According to Jordan News Agency, interested companies can acquire the tender documents from the Ministry’s Tenders Department for a non-refundable fee of JD 650. These documents detail the necessary requirements and specifications for the procurement process. All bids must be submitted by 2:00 PM next Tuesday, ensuring a timely evaluation process.
To qualify for participation, bidders are required to present a valid professional license, a certified commercial register issued within the last 30 days, and a current registration certificate from the Chamber of Commerce. These prerequisites are designed to ensure that participating entities are duly registered and compliant with industry standards.
