Gaza strip: Hospitals across the Gaza Strip received 14 deaths, including two children, from starvation and malnutrition in the last 24 hours, the Gaza Health Ministry said on Monday. The fatalities have increased concerns about the worsening humanitarian situation in the region.
According to Jordan News Agency, the total number of “famine deaths” has now reached 147, including 88 children. This alarming statistic is attributed to the ongoing Israeli blockade, which has severely restricted the flow of essential supplies and resources into the area.
The Gaza Health Ministry has been under immense pressure to address the growing crisis, as the blockade continues to impact the availability of food and medical supplies. The international community has been urged to take swift action to alleviate the dire conditions faced by the residents of the Gaza Strip.
