Dead Sea:Amir Hisham Al-Najjar emerged victorious in the fourth and final round of the Jordan Speed Test Championship, held at the Hover Up Track, clinching both the overall title and the 4WD category win.
According to Jordan News Agency, the championship, organized by Jordan Motorsport and sponsored by Zain Jordan, saw 39 drivers from Jordan and Palestine compete in three heats. Al-Najjar took first place in the 4WD and overall category driving a Mitsubishi Evo Prototype, with a winning time of 146.336 minutes. Hisham Amir Al-Najjar secured the runner-up position in a Mitsubishi Colt Prototype, and Fadi Dahshan came third in a Mitsubishi Evo 7.
In the Front-Wheel Drive category, Yazan Jumaa claimed the title in a Renault Clio RS, followed by Ahmad Jankhot in a VW Golf MK2 and Mustafa Jumaa in a Citroën DS3. The Rear-Wheel Drive category saw Abdul Rahman Shekakwa finish first in a Rista Go, with Palestine's Basil Al-Asbah and Jad Nabhas taking second and third, respectively.
Notable category trophy winners included Hisham Amir Al-Najjar in Class 1, Amir Hisham Al-Najjar in Class 2A, and Fadi Dahshan in Class 2B. Special awards were also given, with Anzor Abzakh receiving the Rookie Cup, Amir Hisham Al-Najjar the Junior Cup, and Qais Tuffaha the Master Cup.
