Balqa: A Tunisian diplomatic delegation led by Ambassador Mufida Zaribi visited the Balqa Association for Fine Arts to explore avenues for cultural exchange between Tunisia and Jordan. During this visit, discussions were held with the association’s president, Nathir Awamleh, and Balqa Culture Director Wasfi Tawil was also present.
According to Jordan News Agency, the talks centered on organizing the upcoming 11th Arab and International As-Salt Forum for Fine Arts. The discussions also included plans for holding cultural days in both countries to further strengthen cultural ties.
The Tunisian delegation was given a detailed briefing on the virtual forums previously conducted between the Balqa Association and the Ashri’a Association for Arts and Creativity located in Qabes. Additionally, they had the opportunity to view several paintings that were showcased in the As-Salt forum.
