FM, UAE Counterpart Discuss Bilateral Ties, Regional Developments

Amman: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and Expatriate Affairs Ayman Safadi met on Saturday with UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan. During the meeting, the two ministers discussed the deep-rooted brotherly relations between Jordan and the United Arab Emirates and explored ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation across various fields.

According to Jordan News Agency, both officials reaffirmed their commitment to expanding collaboration in a manner that serves their mutual interests, supports the developmental visions of both nations, and promotes the prosperity and well-being of their peoples.

Safadi and Sheikh Abdullah also reviewed recent regional and international developments. They emphasized the importance of maintaining ongoing coordination and consultation to address current challenges and to enhance joint efforts on key issues affecting the region.
