Joint Military Drill with US Concludes Successfully

Amman: The joint Jordanian-US military drill, Jade Chameleon 25.2, concluded on Wednesday. The exercise was conducted by the King Hussein bin Ali Brigade and the King Abdullah II Royal Special Forces Command, in collaboration with the US Army, at a designated training ground. The event was attended by the Commander of the King Hussein bin Ali Brigade and the Assistant Commander of the US task force Spartan.

According to Jordan News Agency, the drill involved combat scenarios and operations to clear built-up areas, with troops employing various types of weapons. The two-week exercise was designed to facilitate the exchange of expertise among the forces in planning, implementation, and decision-making. The aim was to enhance their capabilities, develop military competencies, and raise their readiness to address security threats and challenges, ultimately achieving high levels of efficiency and professionalism.

Participants, including female personnel, showcased their skill and precision during all stages of the exercise. These drills are integral to the training plans implemented by the Jordan Armed Forces to maintain the combat readiness of units and enhance their ability to tackle various challenges.
