The conference agenda will cover themes such as innovation in public policies, service design and delivery, institutional and human resource development, and leadership during crises. Nahar noted that 129 research papers will be presented, addressing a variety of themes and approaches.

Representatives from 19 countries, including 14 Arab states, alongside senior officials, international experts, researchers, and practitioners will participate. This gathering aims to foster exchange of expertise and expand regional and international dialogue on public administration issues.
