Zarqa Chamber of Commerce Prepares City Streets for Ramadan Shopping Season

Zarqa: The Zarqa Chamber of Commerce has initiated the decoration of key streets throughout the city in anticipation of the Ramadan shopping season. Illuminated ornaments are being installed at major intersections, including King Hussein Street (Al-Saada) and King Abdullah Street, as well as other busy commercial areas.

According to Jordan News Agency, Hussein Shreim, chairman of the chamber’s board of directors, stated that this initiative is part of the private sector’s contribution to social service efforts. He emphasized that the chamber decorates the streets annually to mark the holy month, which has a positive impact on commercial activity.

Shreim also mentioned that previous initiatives have successfully created a festive atmosphere and boosted business activity. The chamber’s goal is to enhance the shopping experience by beautifying the commercial district, attracting more visitors, and stimulating economic activity, especially as the demand increases during Ramadan.
