Riyadh: According to the National Center for Meteorology, the weather will be hot to very hot in parts of Makkah, Madinah, Qassim, Riyadh, and the Eastern Region. Strong winds will blow and rain may fall in parts of the highlands of Jazan, Asir, Al-Baha, Makkah, Madinah, and Hail. Dust-stirring winds will blow in parts of Tabuk, Al-Jouf, and the Northern Borders. Winds over the Red Sea will be westerly to northwesterly, at speeds of 20-40 km/h in the northern parts, and southwesterly to northwesterly, at 10-50 km/h in the central and southern parts. Waves may reach from half a meter to two and a half meters; the sea will be calm to choppy. In the Arabian Gulf, winds will be southeasterly to northeasterly, reaching 10-30 km/h.
