Cairo: U.S. President Donald Trump said on Sunday that he had just been informed that nine Iranian warships were destroyed and sunk, adding that some of them were "relatively large and important." In a post on the Truth Social platform, Trump said, "We will pursue the remaining Iranian ships, and soon they will also be lying at the bottom of the sea."
According to Jordan News Agency, the U.S. president also mentioned that another attack had significantly destroyed the headquarters of the Iranian naval forces.
