Amman:Temperatures across Jordan are expected to rise slightly starting Saturday, with pleasant weather predicted in most regions and moderate conditions in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba.
According to Jordan News Agency, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) has issued a warning about reduced horizontal visibility during the early morning hours. This is attributed to fog formation over high mountainous areas, as well as parts of the Badia (desert regions) and plains.
The JMD further noted the possibility of low visibility at night due to dust, particularly affecting the eastern Badia regions. Meanwhile, the weather forecast for Sunday is expected to remain unchanged.
Looking ahead to Monday, temperatures are anticipated to rise slightly, reaching approximately 4-5 degrees Celsius above the seasonal average. By Tuesday, pleasant weather is expected in the high mountainous areas, with moderate conditions prevailing in other regions.
Current temperature forecasts indicate that the maximum and minimum temperatures will range as follows 25-12°C in Amman, 20-12°C in the northern mountains, 27-13°C in the Badia regions, 25-14°C in the plains, 32-22°C in the Dead Sea, and 32-20°C in the Gulf of Aqaba.
