Social Development Minister Evaluates Charitable Programs in Maan

Amman: Social Development Minister Wafaa Bani Mustafa conducted a field tour in the Ayl District of Ma'an Governorate, visiting several charitable associations to assess their programs, projects, and needs.

According to Jordan News Agency, during the visit, Bani Mustafa inaugurated the Ayl Inclusive Day-Care Center and met with various needy families, including orphans and persons with disabilities. Her tour included a stop at the Basta Association for Social Development, where she was briefed on significant projects such as a ministry-backed kindergarten, a community hall, a beauty salon, and aid distribution initiatives for needy families.

At the Prince Rashid Kindergarten Charitable Association for Social Development, Bani Mustafa examined key projects and programs and instructed the provision of equipment to children's facilities and the local public park. She emphasized the importance of charitable and development associations in governorates as partners with the ministry in reaching citizens in remote areas and addressing their needs.

Bani Mustafa highlighted the commitment of the Social Development ministry to expand the network of inclusive day-care centers and early intervention units across the Kingdom. This expansion aims to provide services closer to the homes of persons with disabilities, aligning with Royal directives.
