Saudi Arabia said that the security and stability of the Middle East region requires finding of a just and comprehensive solution to the Palestinian issue, in accordance with international legitimacy resolutions and the Arab Peace Initiative, and the establishment of an independent Palestinian state on the 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital.
The Saudi Press Agency (SPA) cited Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs, Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah as saying in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s speech at the 77th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), that the Kingdom condemns all unilateral measures that undermine the two-state solution.
