Dozens of Jewish extremist settlers, including members from the so-called “Women’s Temple group”, early Wednesday stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque / Haram Al Sharif compound in occupied East Jerusalem.
Eyewitnesses told Petra’s reporter in Ramallah that the radical settlers carried out today’s raids from al-Magharebah Gate in groups under heavy protection of Israeli special police.
The settlers provocatively toured the mosque’s yards and listened to explanations about the alleged “Temple Mount”, while Muslim worshipers and Al-Aqsa’s guards peacefully confronted, the eyewitnesses added.
