The Food Safety Laboratory of Qassim Municipality has had its ISO accreditation renewed for the sixth year in a row by the International Accreditation Service in the US, due to its being up to the General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories ISO 17025.
The renewal reflects the efficiency and compliance of the laboratory, which carries out pesticide residue, heavy elements and microbiological tests, as well as tests for assessing the quality of honey, and which won it international recognition.
