Princess Muna College of Nursing Celebrates Graduation of 26th Class

Amman: Deputizing for Her Royal Highness Princess Muna Al-Hussein, president of the Jordanian Nursing Council and patron for nursing and midwifery in the eastern Mediterranean region, Director General of the Jordanian Royal Medical Services (RMS), Brigadier General Dr. Sahel Al-Hammouri, on Monday patronized the graduation ceremony of the 26th class of male and female candidates from the Princess Muna College of Nursing. The college operates as part of the military wing of Mutah University.

According to Jordan News Agency, the ceremony commenced with the royal anthem, followed by the patron of the ceremony reviewing the graduates' parade as they marched past the podium in both slow and quick time. In her address, the dean of the college stated that minds at this prestigious institution are equipped with various medical, nursing, and healthcare sciences to deliver top-tier services built on scientific skills. She noted that this mission is guided by a royal vision that places the quality of citizen life and health as a top priority, positioning Jordan as a regional model in healthcare and health education.

The dean added that the 26th class represents a qualitative addition to the institution's historic journey, highlighting that the new graduates distinguished themselves through their passion for knowledge, academic excellence, and discipline. She emphasized that they now stand ready to carry the message of humanitarian mercy alongside the pride of the Jordanian military.

At the conclusion of the event, Princess Muna's representative distributed honorary awards to the recipients. Additionally, the Mutah University flag was handed over to third-year students, who took an oath to carry the banner and maintain it high. The graduation ceremony was attended by the President of Mutah University, the Assistant to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff for Operations and Training, the Vice President of the University for Military Affairs, several senior officers from the Jordan Armed Forces, and the families of the graduates.
