PM says gov’t in contact with Jordanian community in Kazakhstan

Prime Minister Bisher Khasawneh on Thursday said his government is closely following up on the conditions of Jordanians in unrest-hit Kazakhstan.

The premier told the Lower House of Parliament that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates is directly and daily following up on the conditions of Jordanian expats in the Central Asian nation which has been hit by violent protests sparked by a gas price increase.
