Amman: The national men’s volleyball team has departed for Bahrain to compete in the prestigious West Asian Championship, which runs until July 27. Drawn into a challenging Group A, Jordan will face hosts Bahrain, as well as the UAE and Lebanon. Group B features Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, and Oman. According to Jordan News Agency, Jordan kicks off its tournament campaign against the UAE this Saturday, followed by key matchups with Bahrain and Lebanon in the group stage.
