This maintenance is planned to occur from Thursday at 8:00 PM until Friday at 8:00 AM, on May 1.
According to Jordan News Agency, the ministry stated that these updates are part of its ongoing efforts to enhance digital infrastructure and improve the quality of services provided to Jordanians. The initiative aims to ensure a more efficient and responsive user experience for all citizens.
The ministry also highlighted that users might encounter temporary interruptions in the services of the National Contact Centre during the maintenance period. They advised users to consider this potential service disruption in their plans and interactions with the centre.
