The governor of Ibb laid the foundation stone for the Mubarak Water Dam Project No. 2 in the Al-Arsh area of Al-Sayyani District, at the initiative of a philanthropist. The governor heard a clarification from the project's executive director about the technical and engineering designs of the dam, which costs 264 million riyals, with a storage capacity of 150,000 cubic meters of water.
