JTB participates in Italy’s TTG tourism exhibition

The Jordan Tourism Board (JTB) participated Wednesday in Italy’s TTG tourism exhibition, held in Rimini on the 13-15 of October.

Director-General of the JTB, Abdul Razzaq Arabiyat, said that during the three-day exhibition, the board will hold more than 37 meetings with various Italian and international tourism and travel offices to promote Jordan and discuss means of joint cooperation.

He underlined the importance of the JTB’s participation in the exhibition, the largest event in Italy to promote global tourism, pointing out that the Kingdom’s ‘attraction’ of low-cost airlines will significantly increase tourism from Italy.

The exhibition, he noted, is a great opportunity to strengthen relations between suppliers and distribution channels in the tourism industry and discuss the most important obstacles facing the sector, while putting forward proposals to grow the sector and overcome the obstacles.
