Jordan’s Civil Defense Handles 1,617 Incidents in Last 24 Hours

Amman: Jordan’s Civil Defense Department (CDD) managed a total of 1,617 incidents across the nation in the last 24 hours, maintaining an average response time of just over seven and a half minutes. This includes 1,425 emergency incidents which were attended to with an average response time of 7:32 minutes.

According to Jordan News Agency, the CDD also responded to 133 rescue incidents, achieving an average response time of 7:33 minutes. In addition, civil defense teams successfully extinguished 59 fires, with an average response time of 7:34 minutes.

In a statement issued on Tuesday, the CDD emphasized its preparedness and dedication to providing humanitarian services at all times. Citizens were urged to adhere to public safety guidelines to ensure their well-being.
