Jordan Increases Aid Deliveries to Gaza Through Coordinated Airdrops

Amman: In cooperation with international partners, the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army (JAF) on Tuesday executed an airdrop operation aimed at delivering aid to Gaza. The operation saw the participation of Royal Jordanian Air Force aircraft, alongside airplanes from Germany, the United Arab Emirates, and Indonesia.

According to Jordan News Agency, nearly 38 tonnes of food and relief aid were successfully delivered to Gaza. This operation highlights the ongoing commitment and coordinated efforts to provide necessary humanitarian support to the region.

This latest airdrop raises the number of operations conducted by the JAF since 27 July to 164. In total, a combined 400 airdrops have been conducted with international partners, resulting in 801 tonnes of humanitarian aid being delivered by Jordan’s air force alone during this period.
