Amman: The Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply, serving as Jordan’s state grain buyer, has announced a tender seeking to purchase between 100,000 and 120,000 tonnes of wheat.
According to Jordan News Agency, the ministry made this announcement on Wednesday, inviting potential traders to obtain the tender documents for a non-refundable fee of JD650. The deadline for submitting bids is set for 2:00 pm next Tuesday.
To qualify for participation, interested buyers are required to present copies of a valid professional license, a commercial register certified within 30 days prior to the tender opening date, and a valid registration with a Jordanian chamber of commerce.
