INJAZ Concludes Semi-Finals of Enterprise Business Challenge Program.

Amman: The non-profit organization INJAZ has successfully wrapped up the semi-finals of its Enterprise Business Challenge program, now in its 13th year. This initiative is conducted in collaboration with King’s Trust International, the Abdul Aziz Al Ghurair Refugee Education Fund, and the Project Management Institute Educational Foundation (PMIEF).

According to Jordan News Agency, the program is designed to introduce students to fundamental entrepreneurship concepts and business ethics, enhancing their confidence to excel in various scenarios. It also helps participants develop skills such as presentations, interviews, discussions, and effective communication.

From a total of 320 participating teams, 12 have advanced to the final stage for the first semester of 2024-2025. These finalists consist of students from the eighth, ninth, and tenth grades from several schools across Jordan.

The initiative, which is a part of INJAZ’s strategic partnership with the Ministry of Education, includes foundational sessio
ns on business challenges, team formation, entrepreneurship basics, business simulation, and promotional strategies. Participants are encouraged to identify challenges and present innovative business ideas, which culminate in the final competition.

The program receives support from partners such as Ayla Oasis, Mashrek International School, International General Insurance, and Middle East Payments Services. It relies on skilled volunteers with leadership qualities who inspire students to engage creatively and think innovatively.
