Amman: The Lower House of Representatives announced a financial support of JD100,000 to the national football team (The Nashama) following their qualification for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
According to Jordan News Agency, the House took the decision during a session held by its Executive Office on Sunday, which was headed by Speaker Ahmad Safadi. Safadi noted that this assistance is part of the House’s commitment to providing support to The Nashama team, who have made Jordanians proud with their qualification for the World Cup finals.
The Executive Office session also covered various organizational measures related to the House’s work. The meeting was attended by First Deputy Speaker Dr. Mustafa Khasawneh and other key MPs from different parliamentary blocs.
