Irbid: Rain has begun falling across most parts of Irbid and Ajloun in northern Jordan as the country comes under the influence of a cold and humid air mass associated with a weather depression.
According to Jordan News Agency, rainfall is expected to extend to parts of the southern regions late at night. In northern Jordan, showers may be heavy at times, accompanied by thunderstorms and hail. Strengthening northwesterly winds will further enhance the feeling of cold.
Meteorologists have warned of dense fog in Ras Munif, which is significantly reducing visibility. Authorities have urged drivers to exercise caution on the roads.
